These Terms and any claims relating in any fashion to this Site or its materials shall be governed by the laws of South Carolina applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in South Carolina, and you and HireQuest hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or dispute arising out of or relating to such claims or these Terms or your use of the Site, in the state or federal courts located in Charleston, South Carolina, United States of America. If any provisions of these Terms and those of any other agreement you enter into with HireQuest regarding your use of the Site is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
