Electrician – Control Panels & Trailer Wiring
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to support the assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical control systems and trailer-mounted equipment in an industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Wire and assemble electrical control panels from schematics and blueprints
- Install and terminate wiring on industrial trailers and related equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, relays, motors, sensors, and controls
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts
- Perform testing and quality checks on completed systems
- Assist with panel modifications, upgrades, and repairs as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets electrical code standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical experience in industrial, manufacturing, or controls environments
- Experience wiring control panels and/or industrial equipment preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong understanding of AC/DC electrical systems
- Experience with troubleshooting electrical components and controls
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation and strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Industrial maintenance or controls experience
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, relays, and motor controls
- Experience with trailer wiring or mobile equipment is a plus
